IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO

We want to make sure everyone gets a chance to play, especially with only 30 seats available.

• Please be physically checked in within 5 minutes of the posted start time. If you haven't arrived, your seat may be released to someone on the waitlist, even if you've called ahead.

• Late arrivals who are still able to participate may receive a Game 1 or Round 1 loss, depending on timing and the tournament. This will be determined by the Kitsune tournament staff.

• If your prepaid seat is released to someone on the waitlist, you'll receive a full refund within 3 business days. Players who do not participate are not eligible for event promos, participation packs, or giveaways.

• Waitlisted players must pay their entry fee before taking a seat. No exceptions.
